Member Shows to See

This weekend will be busy for Viewpoints Members. On Saturday and Sunday Kathleen Alexander, and Terri Hill and Floy Zittin will all be exhibiting at the Los Altos Rotary Fine Art in the Park in Los Altos. And on Saturday, May 16, Terri Ford will be participating in the Carmel Art Festival Plein Air event in downtown Carmel.

Party Time

Today our neighbors, Fiesta Vallarta and Antiqua Gift and Coffee Shop hosted a celebration with a marimba band. What fun. There was a lot of activity in our back patio and great live music.

Bossy Cow

Here is one of Barbara's paintings of farm animals. One wall in the gallery is covered with charming watercolor paintings of pigs, cows and chickens. She has also has paintings of the few remaining farm buildings in the area.

Farm Girl Revealed

Barbara von Haunalther has spent a marathon day hanging over 26 paintings included in her 'Farm Scenery' show running for the month of May. It's a great show with both oils and watercolors. Several other members have added to the country feel with paintings of farm animals and buildings.
